Qualifications and Requirements
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to commute to worksites.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age (21 years of age for Armed positions).
- Communication Skills: Possess effective written and oral communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to interact with customers, clients, and visitors of all categories.
- Security Card/License: Must obtain, hold, and maintain a valid security card/license as required by the state in which you are applying.
- Background Check: As a condition of employment, the employee must successfully complete a background investigation.
- Driving Positions: Must possess a valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle.
- Basic Computer Skills: Ability to operate innovative technology and basic computer systems.
- Crisis Management: Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site calmly and effectively.
Physical Requirements:
- Work in various environmental conditions, including cold weather, rain/snow, or heat.
- Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
- Occasionally climb stairs, ramps, or ladders during the shift.
- Stand or walk on various surfaces for extended periods.
